H Two National was built to solve exactly that. Our firm was launched in 2018, following the dissolution of Huntington Partners, a respected executive search firm led by Leo Turley for over 27 years. Our story has always been rooted in one driving idea:

Make hiring easier, faster, and more effective for those involved in commercial real estate (CRE) who can’t afford to get it wrong.

H Two National comprises a team of passionate and motivated recruiters dedicated to matching leading organizations in the commercial real estate industry with highly qualified candidates using proven talent acquisition and recruiting strategies.

Our recruiters start their day by donning their headsets and eagerly engaging in the tasks of a recruiter. The team comprises Leo Turley, the founder with over 40 years of recruiting experience, Katlyn Turley, who has been recruiting for over 12 years, and a group of skilled recruiters and support staff.

Our team has access to a comprehensive client/candidate database, industry resources, and LinkedIn RPS, all of which provide them with the necessary tools to deliver high-quality recruitment services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Our team leverages its combined experience of many years, state-of-the-art resources, and a proven search strategy to deliver more than just recruitment services to our clients. We also serve as consultants to our clients, guiding them through a successful hiring process.

We have experience in almost every primary and secondary city nationwide, as well as many tertiary cities. It doesn’t take us long to become experts in a market and identify the key players.

Our contact database is our starting point. Our resource material builds upon that. Our involvement in industry-specific associations and our ability to network close any gaps to ensure that we thoroughly cover every market.

Where we work describes not only the geographic locations, but also the situations and circumstances in which we are engaged and called upon to help solve a staffing issue. This could be due to expansion plans and the need for a new hire, or it could be a confidential replacement, or it could be part of an organizational succession plan.

Many of today’s CRE employers are adjusting between traditional, hybrid, and remote work models. We understand that each firm has unique business needs and distinct views on the type of organizational model that best suits its intended work culture.

As part of our recruiting process, we encourage all clients to communicate at the outset of each search whether they prefer local candidates only or are open to regional and/or national candidates. This allows us to execute a search strategy that’s truly client-centered.
