Katlyn Turley is President of H Two National, where she leads day-to-day search operations, client engagement, and candidate quality across the firm’s commercial real estate executive recruiting practice. Now in her 13th year of executive search, she partners with multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality clients to deliver senior leadership shortlists within seven days of engagement.
From Healthcare to Executive Search
Katlyn began her career in healthcare before joining Huntington Partners under founder Leo Turley to learn the executive search profession from the ground up. She moved through sourcing, candidate screening, client management, and search strategy, building the operational foundation she now uses to lead H Two National’s senior-search engagements. When Leo founded H Two National in 2018, Katlyn joined as a founding leader and was named President to lead the firm’s growth.

As President, Katlyn personally manages the firm’s most senior CRE search mandates and oversees the practices that make the H Two National search methodology work:
- Client relationships — direct point of contact for the firm’s retained and RecruitPlus subscription clients
- Candidate experience — every shortlisted candidate has spoken with Katlyn or a senior recruiter before they reach the client
- Search strategy — defines targeting, outreach cadence, and assessment criteria for each engagement
- Quality assurance — final review on every shortlist before it’s presented
- Team leadership — recruits and develops the firm’s tenured recruiting team

The Family Business
The Turley legacy in executive search spans four decades and two generations. Katlyn grew up watching her father, Leo Turley, build Huntington Partners and lead it for 27 years, and she joined the family practice with a deep respect for the way he ran it — direct, honest, relationship-led. Carrying that culture forward through H Two National is one of the through-lines of her work. Most CRE search firms can’t claim founder-and-daughter continuity at the leadership table; H Two National can, and it shows up in the way the firm treats clients and candidates alike.
Beyond the Office
Katlyn lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, after relocating from Pittsburgh, which means she’s still a die-hard Steelers fan. Her life outside of search revolves around family, health and wellness, Carolina blue skies, and walking her two Golden Doodles — Lilly and Theo — under them. She’ll tell you she’s CDO (“OCD in the right order”), and that she only needs coffee on days ending in “y.”
