President, H Two National
Katlyn Turley is President of H Two National, where she leads day-to-day search operations, client development and engagement, and candidate recruiting across the firm’s commercial real estate executive recruiting practice. Now in her 14th year of executive search, she partners with apartment, office / industrial, retail, medical office, mixed-use, hospitality, resort, self-storage, senior housing, and student housing clients to deliver mid-level and senior-level professionals to satisfy their staffing needs.
How It All Began
Katlyn began her career in executive recruiting when she joined Huntington Partners in 2013 under Founder Leo Turley to learn the executive search profession from the ground up. She quickly learned the business – search strategy and execution, building the operational foundation she now uses to lead H Two National’s search engagements. When Leo founded H Two National in 2018, Katlyn joined as a founding member and Vice President and was named President in 2019 to lead the firm.
What She Owns at H Two National
As President, Katlyn personally manages the firm’s strategy and oversees the practices that make the H Two National search methodology work:
Client relationships — direct point of contact for the firm’s retained clients
Candidate screening — every shortlisted candidate speaks with Katlyn or a senior recruiter before they reach the client
Search strategy — defines target audience, outreach cadence, and assessment criteria for each engagement
Quality assurance — final review on every recruiting step
Team leadership — recruits and develops the firm’s passionate and qualified team

Katlyn’s search work spans every major commercial real estate asset class, with particular depth in roles tied to operations and asset performance:
- Director and above operations and property management executives

Industry Affiliations
H Two National and Katlyn hold active memberships in the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the National Apartment Association (NAA), the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). These affiliations support direct relationships with the asset-class trade bodies that govern H Two National’s recruiting verticals.

The Family Business
The Turley legacy in executive search spans four decades and two generations. Katlyn grew up watching her father, Leo Turley, build Huntington Partners and H Two National. She joined the family practice with a deep respect for the way he led, with quiet strength and integrity – always choosing honesty, hard work, and doing what’s right, even when it came at a cost. Carrying the legacy forward is a trademark of her work. Katlyn is guided by the same values of doing right by clients and candidates, building something meaningful, and leading with purpose and heart. H Two National is defined by its relationships and its results. Most CRE search firms can’t claim founder-and-daughter continuity at the leadership table; H Two National can, and it shows up in the way the firm treats clients and candidates alike.
Beyond the Office
Katlyn lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, after relocating from Pittsburgh, which means she’s still a die-hard Steelers fan. Her life outside of search revolves around family, her obsession with health and wellness, and spending time with her two Golden Doodles — Lilly and Theo. She’ll tell you she’s CDO (“OCD in the right order”), and that she only needs coffee on days ending in “y.”
