Founder & CEO, H Two National
Leo Turley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of H Two National, a commercial real estate executive search firm recruiting and placing mid-level and senior-level professionals across the apartment, office / industrial, retail, medical office, mixed-use, hospitality, resort, self-storage, senior housing, and student housing industries nationwide. Over a 43-year career in executive recruiting, he has conducted more than 5,000 searches and has built search organizations known as leaders in the industry.
Four Decades in Executive Search
Leo entered the recruiting profession in 1983 at the age of 24, began his career the traditional way, as a recruiter, and learned the trade. Then in 1991, he started his own company and founded Huntington Partners, serving as President and Partner for 27 years, building a platform and client base that was known nationally. In 2018, he dissolved Huntington Partners and launched H Two National, serving the same real estate industry with a refined search methodology and continued commitment to quality service. The organization engages the latest technology and tools to deliver the service that it pledges, and maintains the old-school hustle and grit that is necessary in recruiting.

Search Methodology
Leo built H Two National around a proven search strategy that produces qualified candidates in as few as seven days, with a typical recruiting cycle of 60 to 90 days, from search commencement to candidate placement start date. Every search is led by a senior member rather than handed off to junior recruiters. Every candidate is thoroughly vetted against the client’s criteria and evaluated for culture fit, compensation fit, and motive before presentation.
Industry Affiliations
Leo participates in the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the National Apartment Association (NAA), the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) — the trade bodies that govern the asset classes the firm recruits across.

Beyond the Office
Leo and his wife of 46 years live in Weddington, North Carolina, and are the proud parents of four children and seven grandchildren. When he’s not running searches, you’ll find him tackling a DIY project, riding his Yamaha FJR1300 through the country, or relaxing on the screened-in patio when it’s raining. He still hasn’t figured out what he wants to be when he grows up — but after 43 years of recruiting, he still gets up every morning ready to take on the next challenging search.
